I was transferred from Minneapolis section 8 to Ramsey county. Minneapolis section 8 sent HRA my paperwork that I had in way before the 15th of the month and they see from my paperwork that I had my information in so when they transferred my paperwork Minneapolis sent it when they wanted to and now HRA wouldn't start my voucher on the 1st and my apartment passed on the 1st. These people don't care about us because soon as we do something wrong we get kicked off the program.

The reason why everyone has a difficult time with this agency is because of the lack of professionalism with the supervisors and director at the facility. People that lacks emotional intelligence should not be working in human service. Your workers are the results of your leadership. If you're not spending the time to train them, do not get upset when things are not being done correctly. People leave their supervisors, not the company.

I went there this last spring to ask for apply for pubic housing the lady was really rude and said they are not taking apps but yet there was alot of people in the waiting room
