I was transferred from Minneapolis section 8 to Ramsey county. Minneapolis section 8 sent HRA my paperwork that I had in way before the 15th of the month and they see from my paperwork that I had my information in so when they transferred my paperwork Minneapolis sent it when they wanted to and now HRA wouldn't start my voucher on the 1st and my apartment passed on the 1st. These people don't care about us because soon as we do something wrong we get kicked off the program.
