Beautiful lagoon pool, every amenity imaginable!

The house is beautiful, and the pool and fitness center were great. But every single time we had an encounter with any of the security guards, they were rude. All of them. None of them were on the same page when it came to getting through the gate, one of them took our parking pass and said they weren’t allowed to give those out, then we got in trouble from another one for not having them, even though they took them. EVERYONE in our group has had a problem with them being rude with us.

We had problems with the room key. A lil frustrating. They were good about it.

Nice place ...Stayed on the Top floor in the Penthouse Suite ..Although, I've definitely stayed in nicer places for less that offered so much more in commodities and guest appreciation...3 3 course meals and Happy hour everyday free of charge at Hardwood Suites in Indianapolis...Get on board Perdido Keys...your customers deserve this kind of treatment at your prices

We booked a unit for 1.5 months and someone bumped us out because they wanted the unit for 4 months. Fortunately it was only 2 days after putting our deposit down, so it gives us time to find another unit. Nevertheless, this type of booking ethics does not sit well with us and will not be using Resort Quest again.
