The house is beautiful, and the pool and fitness center were great. But every single time we had an encounter with any of the security guards, they were rude. All of them. None of them were on the same page when it came to getting through the gate, one of them took our parking pass and said they weren’t allowed to give those out, then we got in trouble from another one for not having them, even though they took them. EVERYONE in our group has had a problem with them being rude with us.
