Since coming to Rigo’s office I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve got a multi line policy with four vehicles,home and life insurance policies, been a customer for 30+ years and yet trying to talk to someone in their office is worse than going to the dentist. It is practically impossible to get a hold of someone. This most recent time I’m trying to add another car, I called only to have someone hang up, not even announcing the company name. Then I called several more times to get no answers. I finally get through to someone at 3:00 PM who promised a call back in a few minutes. It’s now been nearly 24 hours later with no call back. State Farm as a company has been good to my family. This particular office falls flat when it comes to customer service though.
