Since coming to Rigo’s office I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve got a multi line policy with four vehicles,home and life insurance policies, been a customer for 30+ years and yet trying to talk to someone in their office is worse than going to the dentist. It is practically impossible to get a hold of someone. This most recent time I’m trying to add another car, I called only to have someone hang up, not even announcing the company name. Then I called several more times to get no answers. I finally get through to someone at 3:00 PM who promised a call back in a few minutes. It’s now been nearly 24 hours later with no call back. State Farm as a company has been good to my family. This particular office falls flat when it comes to customer service though.

Great customer service, helpful and knowledgeable about any questions asked. It's nice to be able to call Rigo & his team to answer questions or make changes without waiting on hold or bouncing through a bunch of automated phone menus.

They are amazing!! Austin took care of my claim, and helped me so much!! I just LOVE how personal everyone is!!! making sure we het the most coverage at a great rate!! I highly recommend these guys!!

Austin Richards helped me to get my policy. I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had thus far in getting a quote. Austin was very courteous, helpful, and kind. He tailored the policy to my specific needs and I can say that I’m completely satisfied. I would rate him and the company as a whole at an 11/10!

Rigo and his staff are always really helpful and friendly. They are quick and knowledgeable anytime I have any questions. They also take the time and effort to make sure I am protected correctly and have the coverage I need, while saving me a lot of money! I definitely recommend Rigo Chaparro State Farm for all of your insurance and financial needs!
