I have not been impressed with State Farm or Rigo's office. We signed up almost 2 years ago and the service from this office has gone down hill. I've had days where I've tried to get a hold of someone at the corporate level and get transferred to the local office with no one answering or able to talk to us. Emails take WEEKS most of the time to get a reply. Our monthly amount has changed every month for almost 6 months and no one explains why until I call in complaining and asking questions. Poor service is all we receive and high prices for little return. Not worth it in this insurance company. We need someone looking out for us in an agent and I don't feel we get that from Rigo's office.
