Horrible customer service and the rates is a rip off at best. How can a bill go up 300 or 400 dollars I’m over a week or 2 smfh and when they mail you a bill instead of sending it at the beginning of each MONTH LIKE MOST COMPANIES they send it at the middle or the end of the month
