I went to the library to print out some important documents for college, but their printers were messed up and the documents came out half blank. The only thing you could see from the papers was the title, I did ask for help however, the lady who "helped" me only told me to try again. When the file came out wrong again she told me "oh well I don't know what to tell you" and left it at that. Horrible experience.

Great experience staff is very helpful and it's very clean and calm. Only down side is its a smaller library so you don't get to check things out for longer periods of time and the selections a little smaller.

The material discovery software is absolutely awful. Just this made my experience bad. It took upwards of 10 minutes to perform a few simple searches and find what I was looking for (keep in mind with a 30% or lower success rate). They really need to update their program, not to mention their computers in general.

Most familiar with the Children's Dept...very helpful and friendly staff.Fabulous story hours for both young and older children!The only thing lacking is toys and play equipment. Other libraries in neighboring suburbs have play houses, little kitchens, puppet theaters, Lego tables, doll houses and bins with dinosaurs, blocks and assorted other toys.It is a shame that such beautiful space is being wasted.
