I went to the library to print out some important documents for college, but their printers were messed up and the documents came out half blank. The only thing you could see from the papers was the title, I did ask for help however, the lady who "helped" me only told me to try again. When the file came out wrong again she told me "oh well I don't know what to tell you" and left it at that. Horrible experience.
