Absolutely love my new townhouse great location and great people. The property manager is one of the best I have dealt with very professional and up beat. Neighbors they are great couldn't ask for a better place to call home.

I would definitely not recommend renting from these hoots we had the carbon monoxide alarm go off in the middle of the night at our townhome and they never showed up no one even answered the phone! Time after time the neighbors would fight yell and scream and they did nothing! in the lease it specifically says that you're not allowed to conduct business on the property and they let the neighbor sell vatleast ten vehiehicles a month there was never extra parking because of this they do not adhere to their own policies you cant even leave a message at the office because it says the voicemail is full these people are scam artist STAY AWAY from tis place

We have only owned our new 1/4 Million Dollar home for 4 months but to date we are not very impressed with Select Builders. It appears as if they have "too many irons" in the fire and not enough man power to fix issues that shouldn't have been issues in the first place with a brand new home.Should a miracle happen and they do they things right finally concerning a number of flaws, I will be more than happy to come back and revise this review. But as it stands I don't think I could recommend them or their work to anyone.
