We have only owned our new 1/4 Million Dollar home for 4 months but to date we are not very impressed with Select Builders. It appears as if they have "too many irons" in the fire and not enough man power to fix issues that shouldn't have been issues in the first place with a brand new home.Should a miracle happen and they do they things right finally concerning a number of flaws, I will be more than happy to come back and revise this review. But as it stands I don't think I could recommend them or their work to anyone.
