I'm always very happy with my purchases.. When I need to get my canvas or my banner for the next day, Sign Outlet Store always have them in stock.. Super friendly staff ;)

If you do not keep the items listed on your website in stock, then do not list them on your website! It's absolutely annoying when you try to order something and you get the run around on having to pay for extra shipping to have things drop shipped straight from the manufacturer. Why would someone want to wait a week and have to pay extra shipping to receive an item when they could just order it through FELLERS and have it the next day? After several annoying issues I will be sticking with Fellers. Their customer service is top notch.

Great place for local vinyl and great advice for crafters. The staff is always helpful when it comes to answering my questions. I will never buy vinyl from a craft store again. This is my go to place!!

Loved that I have somewhere local to quickly grab heat transfer vinyl from and As much as possible I do want to shop locally to develop relationships with people instead of just clicking on "buy it now". BUT, boy the lady that helpd me 2 out of 3 visits has issues. First I got just short of scolded at when I stepped in the store at 5:30PM without having phoned my order first. It took her less than 15 minutes from taking my order to having the items in my hands. I was out of there 5:45. I don't know what she was so cranky about when in fact they close at 6PM. I didn't make a big deal out of that first bad experience since I understand everybody wants to get home after a long day at work.The next time I needed vinyl a couple weeks later, I made sure to call for availability, had my order started so I can just come to pay and pick it up. This time I came in at 5PM. Order total was just less than $40 and I gave her $100. Not having anything smaller than a $100 billI apparently ticked her off. Happy to give her my hard earned $100 only to get a "Don't you have anything smaller? It's the end of my day!" lecturing with attitude that sure seemed not appreciative of me doing business with them. Not giving up just yet since I do need a local place to go to but the next time I get this kind of experience, I'll be walking out of the door.

Thank you Kevin and Tech Man Brian for fixing my Roland VP540. I was down and with deadlines and many customers waiting for their orders, I was desperate for help. Thank you Kevin for taking the time to walk me through numerous troubleshooting which did not fix the problem completely. Thank you to Brian a very polite and professional Technician who was here the next day and worked quickly to get me back up and running better than before the down time. My machine is printing beautifully. You guys have always been there when I needed it. I would be hard pressed to ever purchase a printer from anyone else. Roland is a workhorse in printers. I couldn't ask for any better service as I get from you guys. Anyone who is looking for a new printer should look no further than Sign Outlet. The technical support alone is worth every dime you spend on a new printer. I have called and talked several times with issues and you guys are there to help me out. I'm talking about the help over the phone at no cost to me. That's quality service I have never gotten anywhere else. Thank you for your great service and products!!!

We have been doing business with Sign Outlet for 20 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. When you have a problem, they are there to help and if service is needed they go out of their way to make sure the problem is resolved.

We have been ordering from Sign Outlet since 2000. Obviously we like the place. Mark is always great. Customer service people are helpful - we understand new employees have a learning curve. Tech support is very helpful. If you had a bad experience one day, try again, we all have off days.
