Feedback:

Had silver star for 9months. I was never once able to ask them about my usage. Was told: "our systems down", "you can check online", "we're having problem with our system". Always an excuse, never a solution. One bill said i used 79MGs, the next said i used 1MG. no one ever explained how it can be. Nice enough people but company wide poor service. Would suggest any other service. Save yourself the headache and the excuses.
