Feedback:

We had to call 24 hour maintenance to come out and fix a running water/flooding issue in our house. Julio came to save the day for us and he fixed it right up! He was very quick and incredibly friendly, and got the job done well. Thank you, Julio! We love Soaring Heights and all of their staff so far, and we have had no negative experiences with any of them at all. We are relieved to know that we are able to call for any emergency maintenance if there are any further problems. Also, the offer to have a “cleaning crew” come help us with the water is great. Luckily, the aftermath wasn’t too horrible, but we definitely appreciate the option! Keep up the great work Soaring Heights team!

We have been on the waiting list almost a year now! Still they do not have a house for us! Their excusewas sorry we lost your information when we transferred to a new system. If that’s the case you should have made this situation right instead of telling us we have a couple more months to wait! Most unorganized people I have ever met with little to no sympathy for their mess up.

Most of the maintenance people are good at their jobs. Felipe is probably one of the best HVAC people out here. He got our ac running really fast, and with it being summer here, having no AC is pretty awful. Huge thanks to Felipe!

Updated. Decided to move on base, let me tell you this company is terrible. Their employee Alexandra Parini messed up my paperwork so that I had to come by the office 5 times to correct it. She offered me a house June 1st when I told her I needed to move in around 25 June. She had me fill out security background check paperwork again. Forgot she took my security deposit, kept telling me I needed different documentation to prove I qualified. Just simple things like that, she is incompetent and the housing office kept saying she is "one of the best". Well if that is one of your best, then you deserve all the negativity.Additionally they tell me that they have a rule to show only 1 house at a time, and that you have to accept or deny the first house before you can look at any other house. I asked if any other houses were available, she said no. "You don't qualify". Well another house was available, it was a brand new one and my coworkers wife arranged it all with Alexandra. Told her "we have plenty available", even demanded a new home and Alexandra gladly showed it to her. For us apparently only old housing "is available". Another co-worker said his agent also showed him multiple houses for what was available and he got to take his pick.So why is the agents allowed to choose favorites and hook people up. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she snoodly said, well you signed a contract already so to move now you have to pay the early termination fee. So apparently they had nice houses available but are hip pocketing them. They are not following their own rules.This company is a shame and the Air Force needs to get rid of them and hire a more honest housing agent!!!! So much more to complain about but I don't have all day.

It's a good place but I don't know why the power keep going out it's very frustrating this week it's happened like 5 times between Saturday and Monday

Power goes out everyday from around 1630-whenever most times past 2300. When asked for them to do anything they say “we have no update”. They waited 4 months to tell me I missed a months rent.

power outages every week, 3 in the last 7 days, no communication whatsoever and overall poor quality of life, you'd be better off living in a trailer off base
