Soleil Sotheby's has consistently delivered both times I purchased at the Jersey shore--back in 2012 and most recently in April--nothing short of a miracle. We sold one condo in March and closed in exactly one month on another! DJ Gluck responded the same day I called to list the property on New Year's Day 2019 when we were down for a visit. He was at our condo on a holiday and spent quality time with us--listening to our goals. DJ is the owner and we were amazed that even "smaller" condos were within his scope given some of the larger shore homes Soleil sells. Outstanding personalization and service and follow-through--he was fantastic and he met us on a few occasions. It only gets better. Eric Millstein then took over and he helped us sell the condo so quickly we turned around and bought another one in Ventnor, NJ. Truly above and beyond the call of duty--he worked with us (and for me, working overseas with a twelve hour time difference--he was often on video calls in the wee hours of the morning or late at night, and when I was home for short amounts of time). Eric Millstein was simply stellar--from start to finish. His attention to detail and actually listening to our goals to help us achieve them was exemplary. You will not be disappointed with this guy! He treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. I have already recommended Eric to a friend and she is pursuing a purchase. My spouse and I couldn't be happier on this second home. Stellar views on the beach with wrap around balcony--amazing beach AND sunset/bay views on a high floor on the Boardwalk in Ventnor--we are still over the moon. In short, respect, attention to detail, patience, kindness and follow-through--hallmarks of professionalism--both Eric and DJ have their pulse on Absecon Island (and beyond) and will help you get your feet in the sand as quickly as possible. Recommend with much enthusiasm!
