Eric Millstein was great. White glove service. Very helpful. Everything from great local restaurant suggestions to knowing the area and the local real estate scene like the back of his hand. All the red tape in a real estate deal was dealt with with patience and just true professionalism. Eric Millstein is first class. If you buy or sell a house with him, you will be very satisfied.

Sotherby's realtor, Eric Millstein, came highly recommended. When we first spoke with Eric, he asked all the right questions to determine exactly what we were desiring in a house. Once he had this knowledge, he sent us a list of all the properties which met our needs.Within a week, we met with Eric and he patiently took us to each of the properties. Upon finding the house we felt was perfect for us, Eric assisted us in making an appropriate offer and helped us considerably through the process. We just concluded our transaction yesterday and could not be happier. We would definitely say that Eric thoroughly knows his territory and is one of the best realtors we have ever used. FIVE STARS for Eric!!

Eric Millstein was my agent for a purchase of an old beach house. I am not from New Jersey and Eric and his office provided First class service for all our visits. They helped me with recommendations for great local picks for some of the services we needed for inspections and through what I would consider a tough sale, Eric and DJ at Sotheby's were outstanding, Top notch, I can't say enough.

Soleil Sotheby's has consistently delivered both times I purchased at the Jersey shore--back in 2012 and most recently in April--nothing short of a miracle. We sold one condo in March and closed in exactly one month on another! DJ Gluck responded the same day I called to list the property on New Year's Day 2019 when we were down for a visit. He was at our condo on a holiday and spent quality time with us--listening to our goals. DJ is the owner and we were amazed that even "smaller" condos were within his scope given some of the larger shore homes Soleil sells. Outstanding personalization and service and follow-through--he was fantastic and he met us on a few occasions. It only gets better. Eric Millstein then took over and he helped us sell the condo so quickly we turned around and bought another one in Ventnor, NJ. Truly above and beyond the call of duty--he worked with us (and for me, working overseas with a twelve hour time difference--he was often on video calls in the wee hours of the morning or late at night, and when I was home for short amounts of time). Eric Millstein was simply stellar--from start to finish. His attention to detail and actually listening to our goals to help us achieve them was exemplary. You will not be disappointed with this guy! He treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. I have already recommended Eric to a friend and she is pursuing a purchase. My spouse and I couldn't be happier on this second home. Stellar views on the beach with wrap around balcony--amazing beach AND sunset/bay views on a high floor on the Boardwalk in Ventnor--we are still over the moon. In short, respect, attention to detail, patience, kindness and follow-through--hallmarks of professionalism--both Eric and DJ have their pulse on Absecon Island (and beyond) and will help you get your feet in the sand as quickly as possible. Recommend with much enthusiasm!

My Mom used Soleil Sotheby’s to sell her home. D.J Gluck, Vince Fetter and Mark Purnell did an amazing job! Vince went the extra mile taking care of my Mom. She didn’t feel good and he brought papers to her. Bad weather? He drove her. Also, I was very impressed with the way Vince kept me informed every step of the way. This team is on top of things!
