working with southern resort was all simple and easy and after you made your reservation they kept in touch with what you needed to do we stayed at beach colony at perdido key spacious condo and beautiful view

unit very clean and well stocked, king bed comfortable but master is buy front door with window looking at a wall , not a clock anywhere in the unit, no security, don't need a code to get into building from beach or street, nobody at lobby desk for the whole week, but overall very peacefull and quite. 704 Windemere, been going through southern rentals since 1995 back when it was J.M.E. always a pleasure, never an issue, thanks southern team!!

Southern Rentals is a sham. We booked a place to stay, and weeks after making the reservation they cancelled on us after payments were made and everything claiming the place was going to be renovated at that date. We even called before the reservation to make sure the dates really were available and they told us they were and now they're going against their own word. I'm sure they had other open times when they could have scheduled the renovation (if the renovation is even real) because we booked nearly a year in advance. After cancelling our reservation, they of course tried selling us a different place to stay for more money. I wouldn't trust these guys in the least bit.

We stayed at Lost Key of Perdido Keys at a townhouse called, “Searenity.” We had a great stay. Lovely townhouse, well maintained, well stocked, and perfect distance from the beach. Wonderful amenities with pool and fitness center access.

We have been using Southern for the past 7 years! We love them. They are always willing to help with booking, or anything with our condo! I would highly recommend using Southern!

Perdido Key Shipwatch Surf & Yacht location was stunning!!! Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. It was decorated beautifully and very neat! Checking in and out was simple. Beds were very comfy. Only complaint is that we did not know we needed a parking permit which was supposed to be provided in the condo and wasn’t. Didn’t know until we got a “parking violation” but didn’t have to pay any fines. Would definitely come back and stay!! Also, just an FYI, GPS takes you across the street to the fitness center.

Condo was clean nice and well stocked. The shuttle ran continuous so getting back and forth to the beach was stress free.

We had a fantastic experience at Lost Key Resort in Perdido Key. Southern Rentals made reserving and navigating a breeze with their details website. Friendly, helpful staff at both locations. Highly recommend both Lost Key & Southern for your next vacation!!!

Easy to make reservations, affordable, good location, and the link to go to for your stay is great. The condo was clean and great location. The people at Southern Rentals were very nice as well! Would definitely recommend them to others!
