Southern Rentals is a sham. We booked a place to stay, and weeks after making the reservation they cancelled on us after payments were made and everything claiming the place was going to be renovated at that date. We even called before the reservation to make sure the dates really were available and they told us they were and now they're going against their own word. I'm sure they had other open times when they could have scheduled the renovation (if the renovation is even real) because we booked nearly a year in advance. After cancelling our reservation, they of course tried selling us a different place to stay for more money. I wouldn't trust these guys in the least bit.
