Shana and the vendors that she has relationships with are AMAZING! I have used Spitfire Advertising for so many of my business needs. I have asked on the FLY, In a hurry, and they have always accommodated right down to sending me the tracking number. Pricing is comparable and she works within my budget and throws in some freebies as well. I am so impressed with the ideas and the creativity we come up with together. I had a huge event me and our team were planning it went off as planned and more so much more... Thank you for being my go to on everything but food:)

I have been using Spitfire Advertiding for ALL my business needs. They are SOOO SOOOOO accommodating. All of the products I have received have been 100%. Even when I have a rush job Shana and her team will do all they can to make it happen. I have never been told NO and I been using Spitfire Advertising for over 3 years. I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed!!! Try them, they are addicting and you will go back again and again and again. I sometimes or well a lot of the time do not know what to order but have a small idea and BANG they have it all worked out for me!!! I LOVE SOITFIRE ADVERTISING!! One stop shopping for me, if it’s Tshirts/ awards or swag they have it. GO AHEAD CONTACT THEM!!!!!’

It was truly a great experience working with Shana and the Spitfire team as they assisted me in placing an order for custom M&M's. Shana was an excellent communicator, always making sure I quickly received the information I was looking for and keeping me up to date on the order process. We received the package on the expected delivery date that we were given and the order was exactly what we were hoping for. I am already looking forward to working with Shana and the Spitfire team again on more custom orders for our company!

For the very first time, I needed to order some promotional products for my marketing agency, Three Girls Media Inc., to share at events. Shana and Ken with Spitfire Advertising we're extremely helpful in suggesting various customizable options in my price range. Once I chose the products I wanted, Shana and Ken quickly helped me with designing the customization of my logo and text to fit perfect on the pens and sticky note pads. I had let them know in advance that I needed a quick turn around as my first event was right around the corner. The pens arrived and looked fantastic, however, when the sticky notes came they were printed so faintly that they logo and text were barely legible. I immediately let Shana and Ken know about the problem and they jumped into action, quickly working with their printer to have them redone ASAP at no extra charge to me. When the revised sticky notes arrived they were perfect and still got to me in time for my event. I was so impressed with Shana & Ken's customer service! They were very professional, helpful, and when there was a problem they dealt with it quickly and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I'm very happy with my products and will gladly work with Spitfire Advertising again in the future!
