For the very first time, I needed to order some promotional products for my marketing agency, Three Girls Media Inc., to share at events. Shana and Ken with Spitfire Advertising we're extremely helpful in suggesting various customizable options in my price range. Once I chose the products I wanted, Shana and Ken quickly helped me with designing the customization of my logo and text to fit perfect on the pens and sticky note pads. I had let them know in advance that I needed a quick turn around as my first event was right around the corner. The pens arrived and looked fantastic, however, when the sticky notes came they were printed so faintly that they logo and text were barely legible. I immediately let Shana and Ken know about the problem and they jumped into action, quickly working with their printer to have them redone ASAP at no extra charge to me. When the revised sticky notes arrived they were perfect and still got to me in time for my event. I was so impressed with Shana & Ken's customer service! They were very professional, helpful, and when there was a problem they dealt with it quickly and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I'm very happy with my products and will gladly work with Spitfire Advertising again in the future!
