Feedback:

Complete waste of time. They treat people like a product that they produce. Everything is nearly automated and designed to make you come to their office like 5 different times to do things you could have done in 1 visit had they spent the time. They gave me job, I went through orientation, coming to and from, just for them to all of a sudden take it away for no reason. Terrible waste. Treat people like cattle.

Feedback:

A friend of mine works here. Smx just got there annual raise in pay and may i say what a screw job. Line workers got an .80 cent raise. Lead people got an .70 raise. They wouldn't say about the supervisors pay increase. But I'm betting it was significant. Here is the screw job.....barrel loaders, back-end packers, and fork truck drivers (there are skilled positions.) They only got a DAMN .15 cent raise. After a 40 hour week that a whole 6$. Were is the fairness in those raises.

Feedback:

I'm 6' 3" and was placed on a job that has a table that is 3 ft tall. Expected to stoop and bend in a space that wasn't wide enough to do so. Also at the end of the shift was asked to help someone with their job because they couldn't lift the heavy weight yet this particular job would have been perfect for my size and vice versa for the person I had to help

Feedback:

Ed Knop said u all were unfair worked people for little money don't know if I would won't to work for people like that

Feedback:

I initially went in to inquire about a position. When I arrived the staff appeared very disorganized and were not very friendly at all. I was logged into the computer with very little instruction and asked to complete all my paperwork. While I was completing my task I heard staff speaking badly about current employees loud enough for me to hear, which is very unprofessional. Then after the initial hiring process my background check came back wrong so I called corporate to dispute it. Corporate was very helpful and I was instructed that it would take a few days to fix the issue and that if I wished I could call the smx staff and fax them additional information for my own peace of mind. When I called back and speak with the smx staff on two separate occasions and asked for numbers fax and otherwise they were very rude to me , refused to give me the company fax number and hung up on me. I barely got a few words out of my mouth and my reply was call corporate we don't deal with background issues. I wasn't even allowed to explain that I had just spoke to corporate and to call and speak with my recruiter about the process and the job I had accepted was what I was instructed to do. Due to the fact it would take a few days to reprocess my information and I did not want to lose the current position I had received because of an error. After all communication is the key to being a good recruiter, or in any customer service field for that matter. If you work in customer service and you don't like your job quit because it requires a large amount of friendly effort and emotional intelligence, which the ladies that I spoke with obviously lack. In my experience have worked with alot of temp agencies but this by far is the least impressive company ever attempted to work with.

Feedback:

I'd give them a 5 star if they would pay decent wages. Theres no excuse to pay so little but expect the employees to be happy. Everyone I hear their complaining about pay,the point system that do no good, and the lil tiny breaks that Energizer gives (exploits the NC and federal laws on lunch breaks) I drove a fast forklift at my last job (which is way faster than the ones at Energizer) with no accidents. Sad McDonald's, Walmart and other jobs pays much bigger than the ones who work their. My advice is just use this to fill the void while you find a better job that pay great and offer decent healthcare.

Feedback:

If you have ever wondered what it'd be like to be a robot, here is your chance to find out. This temp service hires mostly for energizer where you get to stand on an assembly line all day or night and do repatriate mind numbing task like pick up batteries from a conveyor belt and put them in a box. They have a strict point system where needing to leave early, or calling out sick can all earn you points towards termination which would be understandable if you got a steady schedule but since its all on an as needed basis expect to get more than a few phone calls saying to stay home because they don't have any work for you. It's not a bad side job to get on your feet but don't go here expecting good pay, steady work, or career advancement.

Feedback:

Our business recently listed an ad on indeed. These headhunters called our office to solicit their services to us and were extremely RUDE yelling into the phone with a very condescending attitude. No way would we ever consider this business to assist us with hiring, nor use it if looking for employment.

Feedback:

What in the world is everyone complaining about, it's a job and it pays and it's easy work. Grow up

Feedback:
