Client Review on Staples, Inc
Feedback:
I've been using the Staples printing dept. for the past 8 years for my business needs. When Kari was the printing supervisor her department was AMAZING. The manager that took her place, Rebecca is awful. Every time I go in she is constantly complaining, whining about going home to her employees, and never wants to help customers. A few months ago it for to the point where I let her manager George know about it. She decided to retaliate against me bt purposely losing my printing jobs that I needed urgently, then she suddenly says my images can't be printed due to copyright issues, and today she got her new manager to bully me to throw away a 100+ page order that she continued to send snarky emails about for me to pick up. I just spoke to a manager Craig who reassured me they wouldn't harass me anymore about it and I could pick it up when I wanted to. When I told the new manager Eric that he said I can pick it up when I wanted to, his response was "that's why he's no longer the manger, I'm the manager, what I say goes". This made me laugh. He went on to say "this isn't a warehouse" as if my little stack of paper was disrupting their already trashed workspace. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this Staples over the years and they just lost a loyal customer due to choosing to be childish and petty. The new manager Eric is a complete tool and handled the incident today very unprofessionally. I now have a case opened with Staples corporate office. Eric even went as low as trying to give me the wrong number for his corporate office, (another employee did too), but I used this great thing called GOOGLE and found it myself. It's staples folks, it's not that hard to do a decent job! Learn the basic customer service skills and treat your customers well, it's that easy. Where are all the Staples red EASY buttons when you need them? Not at the Westfield, MA store...I can tell you that.
