EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN STAR SIGN AND BANNER! I have ordered price labels from them over the past few years for my business and they always came out to be just under .03 cents (in my case $80 for 3,000) and they typically last me about a year. So, noticing that we were getting low on them, I contacted them to order some more and they proceeded to inform me that the price now would be $420 for the Same 3,000 labels....labels that I put on my merchandise for sale....that will be pulled off and thrown away after the merchandise sells...The most frustrating thing is that they could not give me a logical explanation as to why the price increased by over 5 times! Even when I made this same order a few other times in the past. So, trying to work with them and act professional, I asked them why the price increase and they simply said that they were unsure and perhaps a mistake was made. If a mistake was made then I have a hard time seeing it made on more than one occasion without question. I also emailed them to see if they could swing by with some other options and they never did. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that they have raised prices by over 5 times on their products and expected me to hand over my credit card without question....Very unprofessional in my opinion.
