Their customer service has gone DOWN HILL!! Unfortunate...I thought I found a company that I could use for my sign needs.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN STAR SIGN AND BANNER! I have ordered price labels from them over the past few years for my business and they always came out to be just under .03 cents (in my case $80 for 3,000) and they typically last me about a year. So, noticing that we were getting low on them, I contacted them to order some more and they proceeded to inform me that the price now would be $420 for the Same 3,000 labels....labels that I put on my merchandise for sale....that will be pulled off and thrown away after the merchandise sells...The most frustrating thing is that they could not give me a logical explanation as to why the price increased by over 5 times! Even when I made this same order a few other times in the past. So, trying to work with them and act professional, I asked them why the price increase and they simply said that they were unsure and perhaps a mistake was made. If a mistake was made then I have a hard time seeing it made on more than one occasion without question. I also emailed them to see if they could swing by with some other options and they never did. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that they have raised prices by over 5 times on their products and expected me to hand over my credit card without question....Very unprofessional in my opinion.

If I could check off ZERO STARS I would have. I have talked to them on the phone twice. The first time with Regina who let me know of the business cards I like and the process. I then sent an email to her which was not responded to (still hasn't - over a month) and then sent a second email which has not been responded to for over a week now. I spoke to a second gal to see what was up with Regina and she looked it up and found my first email and told me to send another. With so many places to shop from I picked this one due to a referral. Not only will not buy from Star Sign but I will also follow up with the person who gave me the referral and let them know of my piss poor service.

The staff is exceptional, their knowledge and ability to grasp a concept and offer advice is amazing!! We've ordered many signs and have had POSITIVE feedback from our customers!!!! We will always order our sign and printing needs from them!!

I am so impressed with Star Sign! I was searching for someone who could work on a leather project for me for my anniversary. I called them not knowing if it was something they did. They said to go ahead and bring it in and they would see how they could help. Can I just tell you... it came out adorable!!! They were quick, efficient and so nice! Thank you Star Sign! I will definitely come back for future projects!
