If I could check off ZERO STARS I would have. I have talked to them on the phone twice. The first time with Regina who let me know of the business cards I like and the process. I then sent an email to her which was not responded to (still hasn't - over a month) and then sent a second email which has not been responded to for over a week now. I spoke to a second gal to see what was up with Regina and she looked it up and found my first email and told me to send another. With so many places to shop from I picked this one due to a referral. Not only will not buy from Star Sign but I will also follow up with the person who gave me the referral and let them know of my piss poor service.
