I cancelled my insurance because I found better coverage for less with progressive and they did not refund me for the time I paid to be covered for but was not covered for. I was told I'd be refunded for 27 of the 30 days I paid for. I'm still waiting for a refund after months of my wife calling 2-5 times a week. It's not acceptable to be treated like this by my insurance company, even if I did cancel my policy.

when I first wrote with Jessica Wade, the agent forgot to add that I was a mother, which gave me a significant discount. after another agent was reviewing my coverages, they caught this and were able to back date all the way to the date I was written. reimbursing me for the discount I was supposed to be getting. they were very diligent and hard working. I appreciated the customer service given at that time. Their team is very well informed, the girls up front can always help with any questions I have, and if for some reason they don't know the answers, they find me someone who does. they also make sure I fully understand my coverages and what they mean, and go the EXTRA mile to make sure I am not only protected with my autos, but my life and income as well. would highly recommend.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced since coming to this agent. They screwed up a simple out of state transfer and didn't catch it for almost three months and now tell me that I owe them over $400 to fix it. Then they tried to make an UNAUTHORIZED draft from a closed checking account and when that didn't go through, they canceled my insurance all AFTER they told me that they would allow me to make smaller installments on what was owed. All this place cares about is your money and they will stop at nothing to get it even when it's THEIR mistake. This 10 year customer will be going somewhere else from now on.

I bought a new truck. I called probley over 8 different place for insurance. State farm and Jessica's team. Where able to get me the exact I insurance that I wanted. No of the other company would. They very friendly and professional. I'm glad I made the right choice. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys for all your help!!

I have been with State Farm Insurance for years. Jessica Mickens-Wade & her staff are amazing! Fortunately, I have not had a claim for years but, when I did (a few times home & auto) they were very professional & courteous. They made sure to follow up & make sure everything was taken care of.
