Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced since coming to this agent. They screwed up a simple out of state transfer and didn't catch it for almost three months and now tell me that I owe them over $400 to fix it. Then they tried to make an UNAUTHORIZED draft from a closed checking account and when that didn't go through, they canceled my insurance all AFTER they told me that they would allow me to make smaller installments on what was owed. All this place cares about is your money and they will stop at nothing to get it even when it's THEIR mistake. This 10 year customer will be going somewhere else from now on.
