If I could give this office a 0 star I would. Save your time DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JOKERS! They change your policy without your knowledge, even after asking when your policy due date will be and it couldn't be provided while you were in that meeting in the office. They told me that they wanted to review my policy and see what discounts I am missing but when I made the appointment they claimed to not Have my file which why wouldn't they when they are my office, and had all the information before, then you have someone who must be untrained change your policy without your knowledge which then makes you late on your insurance and then they want to charge you 120.00 extra for their mistake yeah okay I'm fighting that one until the end! Then you request a meeting with seth himself well the day of the meeting you get a call from his office stating he will no longer be able to keep the appointment mind you I called to make this appointment the week before, they never called to confirm just called to cancel my appointment mind you that was at 11am and my meeting was at 3. Not only did they call once but twice in a row! Then I called the office leftba message and when melissa called me back she literally said she wasnt sure why she needed to call me back. I explained the situation to her once again (mind you she ia the one I dealt with the previous week making the appointment with Seth himself) she then scheduled it with the agentwho messed up my policy when I literally told her the week,before I didn't want it with him. Seth was to call me back but never did. I have since requested to change offices. This is not the first time somethibg has happened with this unprofessional office. So DON'T waster your time or money at this agency
