Stein Insurance agency gave my husband and me a great experience when we decided to merge our insurance policies together after getting married. Our agent, Megan, met with us personally outside of business hours close to our home, twice, to talk to us about what coverage would be best, and she took the time to explain every aspect of our coverage, what it covers, and what the costs are. She made sure we were comfortable with the coverage and costs provided and ensured we were knowledgeable about what was being covered and other coverage options. I am so thankful for her and Stein insurance's service all around.

I have a truck car RV utv and snowmobile thru stein and my agent jason is always there when I need to put insurance on something or take insurance off.. Great company! Thanks jason for all you do no matter the time of day..!

If you're looking for an insurance company that specializes in personal customer service, Stein Insurance is your answer. My agent Megan looked into not only the best pricing, she looked into what kind of coverage was best suited for me. She took the time to meet and find out about the day to day activities of my business and what kind of coverage was needed in different areas. She did the same for my auto and homeowners insurance as well. Highly recommend!

Been with agency for close to 10 yrs. after being treated like garbage by EMC over a payment glitch. I decided to move to USAA for my auto which saved me roughly $60 a month for 2 vehicles. Now let's fast forward a month. I received another bill from EMC so I called Stein and asked them why am I getting this bill. They told me that everything looks good on my end they will check with EMC on this. I never received a call back. Now I have received another bill from EMC so again called Stein and talked with Christy. She mentioned that my auto policy was up in April and that is why there is a balance on my bill along with my auto being moved it busted up bundle discount. I mentioned "that was funny because I never received a bill for May only at the beginning of June I received a bill. I see what EMC did they didn't send out a bill late for the Auto". I did asked what happened to the quote for the homeowner ins that I requested. Christy remarked something rude. I mentioned "well maybe I should take my business somewhere else". Christy then replied "I think you should after interrupting me again". Hung up the phone on me. Their service used to be really good. If I had a problem with anything or add a vehicle they were very courteous. Lately they have been very rude. Even when your trying to give them more business.
