Client Review on Stein Insurance Agency

Been with agency for close to 10 yrs. after being treated like garbage by EMC over a payment glitch. I decided to move to USAA for my auto which saved me roughly $60 a month for 2 vehicles. Now let's fast forward a month. I received another bill from EMC so I called Stein and asked them why am I getting this bill. They told me that everything looks good on my end they will check with EMC on this. I never received a call back. Now I have received another bill from EMC so again called Stein and talked with Christy. She mentioned that my auto policy was up in April and that is why there is a balance on my bill along with my auto being moved it busted up bundle discount. I mentioned "that was funny because I never received a bill for May only at the beginning of June I received a bill. I see what EMC did they didn't send out a bill late for the Auto". I did asked what happened to the quote for the homeowner ins that I requested. Christy remarked something rude. I mentioned "well maybe I should take my business somewhere else". Christy then replied "I think you should after interrupting me again". Hung up the phone on me. Their service used to be really good. If I had a problem with anything or add a vehicle they were very courteous. Lately they have been very rude. Even when your trying to give them more business.
