After using Stephanie and her associates for the past few years, we recently decided to switch insurance companies to save a considerable amount of money monthly. We canceled our policy and started our new policy, everything was supposed to be handled, easy swap... so I thought. We were charged the full amount of our premium, on the date of our new policy’s start date- which shouldn’t have happened. After calling and trying to resolve the problem (hours after the payment came out) I was told, that we would have to wait for a refund check and there was nothing that they could do. I caught them in a lie, they never put the stop on the auto pay. Their mistake, became “sorry it’s your problem”. They then said I owed for a few pro rated days- FINE, no worries, I’ll pay the $40, but why take out the $350 for the full policy amount?! I wish I had been told that this was going to happen when we canceled our policy. People need to plan their finances and I planned mine accordingly, the lack of information was on their part. I would not recommend her office, as much as I hate making a bad review, I feel it’s necessary to inform others that they have a hard time conveying the process and giving clients all of the proper information.
