Michelle and all of the ladies at this office are the absolute best. I am not an easy client but they make things easy for me and my multiple businesses. They never tire of my endless phone calls and questions and always give clear, concise and understandable answers which can be rare in the insurance game. I was so impressed with this office that I started doing State Farm banking. Highly recommend.

This office, from day one, has always been wonderful to work with! Shelley Kelleher is always there to answer any questions I may have about my policy quickly. I recently was in a car accident and totaled my car. This experience was very traumatic for me. This office, along with the claims office, was very compassionate throughout the entire process. I am very happy to be a State Farm consumer and will send anyone looking for insurance their way. Thank you State Farm!!!

Shelley, was an absolute professional to work with, not only does she take the time to explain everything you need to know, but as an added bonus SAVED US MONEY. She had all the paperwork ready to go at the drop of a hat, and answered every question we asked. Not to mention she explained the answers thoroughly. Excellent Company

Steve and his agency do a great job keeping in touch making sure we have all of our insurance needs at the right price, and our claims experiences have been smooth and without hassle. I did not have a pleasurable experience with the this company. When I was involved in accident there was a severe break down in communication. The auto body shop tried to contact them on several occasions to no avail. The representative continued to deny any fault in this until I gave them the confirmations even after that they still did not admit the mishap but blatantly said "oh well we it takes at least 5-7 days to respond and continued to blame shift. To add insult to injury the parts that were sent to fix my vehicle were damaged beyond repair. You would think an inspector would have been sent as soon as possible NOPE. The representative stated that it would take unless 3 days. If it had not been for my auto body shop advocating on my behalf the process would have been even longer! What originally would have taken less than a week took SIX weeks. The last straw was some billing issues between my bank and State Farm. Instead of accepting the month's payment or scheduling a payment arrangement my policy was cancelled. If I were a business I would work it out with the customer instead of losing them all together.
