Absolutely terrible experience!!!! These guys are crooks and very unprofessional. We went in to get a couple custom embroidered hats, trying to help out a small town business and keep business local. We were quoted a price and a time line of 10 days. When we went to pay they added $10, upping the quoted price. After 10 days we went in to pick up the hats to find out they hadn't even order them or digitized our design. We canceled our order and asked for a refund, in which we were informed we had to pay $5 for their inconvenience AND they pulled our money out of their personal wallet. VERY disappointed in these guys and HIGHLY recommend avoiding doing business with them at all costs.
