I have had multiple jobs done here and never had one issue. Prints came out great and in a timely fashion. I have been a graphic designer for years and stitchshop is by far one of the easiest printers to deal with. Thanks again guys!

I wish there was a zero star rating! Awful customer service, outrageous pricing, dishonest! I ordered a very simple 2 hat order with my logo and when the price was originally quoted I was blown away but decided to try and keep my business local and help another small business. I was quoted 10 days to completion. However a week later when I went in to pay I was charged 3x the cost of the hat and a 20$ digitizing fee! Again I paid, reluctantly, but on the 10th day when I went to pick up my order I was informed they had not even started on my order (and had not even ordered the hats). When I demanded a refund I was met with rudeness and the excuse that they were "swamped" with orders. So to make a long story short, I would avoid any business with these crooks. They will shove your order to the back if it is not the most profitable or largest order. Very unprofessional and uncourteous especially for a small business trying to make it in a small town!

Absolutely terrible experience!!!! These guys are crooks and very unprofessional. We went in to get a couple custom embroidered hats, trying to help out a small town business and keep business local. We were quoted a price and a time line of 10 days. When we went to pay they added $10, upping the quoted price. After 10 days we went in to pick up the hats to find out they hadn't even order them or digitized our design. We canceled our order and asked for a refund, in which we were informed we had to pay $5 for their inconvenience AND they pulled our money out of their personal wallet. VERY disappointed in these guys and HIGHLY recommend avoiding doing business with them at all costs.
