Although this company has a vast selection of retail accessories and products, the products themselves, specifically the Custom Retail Bags, are terrible. Here are five significant issues we had: 1) The white craft paper is light grey, not white as per the item description. 2) The print quality is horrible. Our logo is smudged on almost every bag. 3) The mock-up generator used during the order process simply ignored where we wanted our logo printed. Instead of towards the bottom-third of the bag, as we designed in the mock-up stage, the logo was printed in the middle of the bag, which was NOT where we wanted it. On top of that, the logo is crooked on the majority of the bags which in most cases are wrinkled to the point they look used, not new. 4) These bags smell strange. Maybe they'll air out once we take them out of the shipping box but the odor from these bags is certainly off-putting. 5) Last but not least, the turnaround time, in this day and age is way too slow. It took 21 days from the day we submitted our order to the day of arrival. We fully understand that custom items require additional handling but 21 days? Simply unacceptable. I wish our experience had been better. As we mentioned, the product selection is great but the products themselves, not so much.
