Poor product and poor customer service. Will never order ever again

My first order was just disappointing. burgers were underweight and steak just OK. Contacted customer service who did nothing. Said They will try to do better and to try the 1/3 pound burgers as if they only rob you on the 1/4 pound patties. Steak had very strong off flavor. Placed last order Friday morning. Spoke to customer service this afternoon to confirm shipping because we are leaving Friday morning for vacation. She said it had to ship but could not provide any tracking information. I asked about canceling and she specifically said could not do since it shipped but once again she could not provide any tracking information. Received an email an hour later that order had been canceled but they went ahead and charged my credit card. What company charges your credit card before the order is shipped? so now they are telling me I have to wait up to 10 days for a credit. Not once did the customer service rep offer a solution., like taking the time to find my order and sending it out so it would arrive upon our return.

I believe your brand is false advertising your product. There is no way to “sustainably bred and raise” cows that take up huge amounts of space, resources and land who will feed millions of humans. Not to mention extra space to slaughter them as well. Plus red meat isn’t healthy for humans to consume as per say the World Health Organization and multiple other studies.

I give it 5 stars because I've read that the cattle are humanely raised. 100% grassfed and it's the only brand stating this that I can find in my area, the only brand I will ever buy.

I've never tasted a beef burger this dry, rubbery the worst meat I've had, ruined my dinner, I'll never buy this product again, grass fed yeah right, I'm sure some chemical ingredient was added to it, wasted my $10 I rather give $10 to homeless person before eating this beef, if it's all beef again.
