Feedback:

My first order was just disappointing. burgers were underweight and steak just OK. Contacted customer service who did nothing. Said They will try to do better and to try the 1/3 pound burgers as if they only rob you on the 1/4 pound patties. Steak had very strong off flavor. Placed last order Friday morning. Spoke to customer service this afternoon to confirm shipping because we are leaving Friday morning for vacation. She said it had to ship but could not provide any tracking information. I asked about canceling and she specifically said could not do since it shipped but once again she could not provide any tracking information. Received an email an hour later that order had been canceled but they went ahead and charged my credit card. What company charges your credit card before the order is shipped? so now they are telling me I have to wait up to 10 days for a credit. Not once did the customer service rep offer a solution., like taking the time to find my order and sending it out so it would arrive upon our return.
