I took half a day off work today for 1 - 5 p.m. troubleshoot call and it is 5:15 p.m. and nobody has shown up and nobody has called to let me know there's going to be a delay. I just got off the phone with Suddenlink and now they say 5:30 - 6:50 p.m. communication would have been great here, I lost pay for half a day waiting for nothing. I have not had internet service for 7 days. Every month I call in because my internet is down. Fix the issue or get out of the internet business.

Worst internet/TV provider I have ever dealt with in regards for active customers to communicate and do business with. Every time I have had to contact Suddenlink or just a quote for upgrades they are NOT interested in helping. Therefore I try to keep my communication with them to a minimum. From the start, installation, service, etc. to this day I regret having Suddenlink as my provider, but what can I do in this small town.

Absolutely horrible! Had problems from the start. Technician came and left my house without hooking me up. I had to keep calling just to get connected. They had stuff on my bill that I never had done. They are huge a ripoff and a waste of money.( would give no stars if possible)

The absolute worst internet service I have ever experienced. In two years my bill has gone from $62 to $86. They know they have no competition where I live and they treat us accordingly. If you call customer service they basically treat you like you are garbage and tell you good luck finding another provider. Not one person that I know has anything good to say about them. The connection is shotty at best. Extremely slow when it works. I can not even watch a complete movie on Netflix but they keep raising the rates. They call me once a month to switch to them for my cable. Hahaha. Yeah right. Never going to happen

They are con artist! I asked for corporate number and the agent replies " what is a corporate?" After I spend 3 minute of my time to explain to her what a corporate office was and then she answer "i'm not allowed to give you that information ma'am!" and hangs up on me! Thank God I got her AKA name and agent number beforehand! SHOUT OUT TO IRAIANNY #1787 FROM MRS. WARDLAW! OXOX!

Well, I guess they have all the customers they need. The SuddenLink service is at the end of my road. I have driven 30 miles to their office 2 different times and asked what it would take to get the service to all houses down my road. Both times they told me that someone would contact me and come check it out. I explained that we would all commit to the service so that the expense could be recovered. No one has ever bothered to do anything they said. It sucks to want services to be provided and willing to go through the trouble to research what it would take and a company not want to expand customer base.
