The absolute worst internet service I have ever experienced. In two years my bill has gone from $62 to $86. They know they have no competition where I live and they treat us accordingly. If you call customer service they basically treat you like you are garbage and tell you good luck finding another provider. Not one person that I know has anything good to say about them. The connection is shotty at best. Extremely slow when it works. I can not even watch a complete movie on Netflix but they keep raising the rates. They call me once a month to switch to them for my cable. Hahaha. Yeah right. Never going to happen
