I have an internet based job, so when I have an interruption, it disconnects all of my communications from my customers, including phone calls. I call cx service, and they sell me a $17 service to "reconfigure my router" then transfer me to that team only to hear "we can't reconfigure your router". Terrible experience. Still having frequent interruptions. 6-8 times a day
