First off, if I could give zero stars, I would! Sudenlink is ran by a bunch of greedy criminals! They say your bill will be one price and then they jack up that price every month, even when NONE of your services have changed! They keep raising the price until you can no longer afford to pay it and then they refuse to let you cancel services and continue to make payments until you pay it off. They do this so that they can keep charging you for services you're not even receiving! On top of that, the outages of cable and internet are a continuous problem.So all in all, you get charged an arm and a leg for crappy services and crappy tech support help! Not to mention the fact that EVERY time you try to call the 800 number for customer service, you end up waiting 30 minutes to over an hour before getting a real HUMAN on the phone! We finally got our service with them disconnected, and we switched to CenturyLink. We've had CenturyLink for over 2 months now, and haven't had a single problem. We've received excellent customer service, great internet speed, and the technician that installed it, got here right when he said he would be. Basically, if you have other cable/internet options besides Suddenlink, use them! DO NOT USE SUDDENLINK!

Would give them no stars if allowed. Had my credit card compromised that was on my auto draft account. Changed the account to the new card that was issued. Got a confirmation in the mail saying it would draft from that card. Well it didn’t. They shut my internet off and put me on a cash only basis. Took letter to the local Russellville Arkansas office and they blamed it on their computer system but couldn’t take me off the cash only without manager. My wife and myself were both promised over about a 6 week time frame that the manager would call us. Well she didn’t. Still haven’t received a call after 2 visits to the office in person with her not being there.

I have an internet based job, so when I have an interruption, it disconnects all of my communications from my customers, including phone calls. I call cx service, and they sell me a $17 service to "reconfigure my router" then transfer me to that team only to hear "we can't reconfigure your router". Terrible experience. Still having frequent interruptions. 6-8 times a day

I have had suddenlink for 2 years and if I had another option, I would drop them. There is always a problem. I called last month just to downgrade my cable, told them I'm still keeping the triple play (phone, internet, cable). Went to use my phone amd they had disconnected it. Then I had a $200 charge for not returning a cable box that we still use. And now my cable isn't working at all called and they tryed to fix(was on the phone for over an hour with 2 different people) but couldn't so now I have to wait for a technition to show up between 8am and 12pm tomorrow.

Have been being charged for 200 mbps have never gotten the speed, when told we are suppose to get a new internet router we are told that we have to pay to 1st have someone come out to install, 2nd pay for the new one after us paying for this new speed for MONTHS and no one telling us that we needed this equipment. Cannot speak with the local office about the issue am told to speak with the 800 number.

Not interested in helping fix spotty Internet had them for years because there isn't any other options. Had them at my home multiple times and they can't seem to fix the problem.
