I have had suddenlink for 2 years and if I had another option, I would drop them. There is always a problem. I called last month just to downgrade my cable, told them I'm still keeping the triple play (phone, internet, cable). Went to use my phone amd they had disconnected it. Then I had a $200 charge for not returning a cable box that we still use. And now my cable isn't working at all called and they tryed to fix(was on the phone for over an hour with 2 different people) but couldn't so now I have to wait for a technition to show up between 8am and 12pm tomorrow.
