Have been being charged for 200 mbps have never gotten the speed, when told we are suppose to get a new internet router we are told that we have to pay to 1st have someone come out to install, 2nd pay for the new one after us paying for this new speed for MONTHS and no one telling us that we needed this equipment. Cannot speak with the local office about the issue am told to speak with the 800 number.
