Crappy customer service, I pay 99.99 a month and I miss a payment by 3 days and without warning shut off my internet, I called technical support and told them I payed my late bill and would like for them to turn it on. The technical guy said he can’t do but billing can all they have to do is push a button and they can’t do that till they get back in their office on Monday. So here I am now without my outrageous 99.99 internet all because the technical guy can’t push a button!!!! I demand a refund this is ridiculous!

Over $100 for minimal cable? Ridiculous! Cut the cable, then all of a sudden I get disco'd after being out of town and unable to get my bill without a phone call or warning on a Fri afternoon, so I get off work, no Internet and their stupid office doesn't reopen tI'll Monday! And no way to pay online. Imagine that! An "Internet company that can't take a payment online!!! So the entire weekend off with no internet. Will probably petition every tenant of UDC this company services. Numerous complants according to them.

Wish they would go back to Sunset. They cut my service off for nonpayment and I had paid the bill. Took 3 hours to turn back on then charged me 50 bucks for turning it back on, The people that answer the phones now are rude. Sunset was never like that. I waited 4 years on the wait list for Sunset, was very happy with them. Point Blank is just that.

Literally the WORST cable and internet company ever. The only reason I have it is because the apt complex I live in FORCES you to have this cable. No other choices or options. It’s absolute garbage, do not go through this trash company if you have a choice. I would do 0 stars if that were an option.

I much rather have AOL dial up then deal with this company. Service constantly goes down and customer service never picks up the phone and when they do they tell you that a technician will call you back which never happens. I disconnected my service and 60 days later I never received my refund yet for the unused service. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. Your blood pressure will stay low and you will not have constant headaches.
