Wish they would go back to Sunset. They cut my service off for nonpayment and I had paid the bill. Took 3 hours to turn back on then charged me 50 bucks for turning it back on, The people that answer the phones now are rude. Sunset was never like that. I waited 4 years on the wait list for Sunset, was very happy with them. Point Blank is just that.
