Feedback:

My first and last time at this location. I received a very rude customer service from the teller when I was withdrawing cash. She kept yelling, ‘I can’t hear you’ when she could’ve just ask politely. I didn’t know you have to yell inside the bank. And when asking for an envelope, she pretty much threw the envelope at me. My husband was surprise and disappointed and wanted to say something, but there was no point, I was wanted to leave that place. I banked with them for the past 13+ years, I think it is time to switch banks and do business somewhere else. They could learn a lot from the Springfield location, they do offer better service. Never again at this location!
