Feedback:

Worse customer service ever. Tellers have no idea of what they're doing and very rude. I was making a payment on my car loan and the teller told me they no longer take cash without any explaining to the chance in policy or anything when I have been making the payments ,in cash, for 4 years already. She send me the money and payment slip back and left.

There was such a rude banker only because he didn’t want to count a bunch of twenty dollar bills. He complained saying “oh wow u just like making my life more miserable”. That was just rude.

My first and last time at this location. I received a very rude customer service from the teller when I was withdrawing cash. She kept yelling, ‘I can’t hear you’ when she could’ve just ask politely. I didn’t know you have to yell inside the bank. And when asking for an envelope, she pretty much threw the envelope at me. My husband was surprise and disappointed and wanted to say something, but there was no point, I was wanted to leave that place. I banked with them for the past 13+ years, I think it is time to switch banks and do business somewhere else. They could learn a lot from the Springfield location, they do offer better service. Never again at this location!

Wont allow you cash a check of a family member with them present and even signing off the check because the family member doesnt have an account there; regardless of if you may have one. Borderline illegal practice of forcing people to create an account there. Avoid at all costs.

Not a bright bunch that work here. SunTrust is one of the worst banks around. They leave customer information out on their desks without being locked over night and don't comprehend alot of the banking basics. Unable to have both personal and business account here because their website login issues. Spent hours with their tech support and still no resolution. Had to close down all personal accounts and move it elsewhere. Looking forward to closing down business account as well and moving everything away so I can finally have peace. The drive through has 2 lanes but only one is always open. I asked the manager why and he said their tellers don't know how to manage two open lanes. I have seen banks with one teller manage up to 4 lanes of drive thru at a bank. So I don't by that kind of answer and its shameful and this person should not be in a position of a bank manager. So while one customer in a lane is taking their time filling out a document, the person behind them has to keep waiting where as instead they could have been helped quickly through the other drive thru lane. The whole point of a drive thru is faster service. Or else why even have drive thru? The team here has no common sense. They also give out customer rolled coins eventhough you ask for bank rolled coins. They seem to not understand that customer rolled coins are often missing coins and it shorts the customer. In general its not easy to have a regular friendly conversation with COMMON SENSE with anyone here. They are missing that special magic of what customer service. I tried once to chat with one of the tellers and she was just staring at my face as if she was a robot. Its just strange here at this branch.

Check your coin rolls, suntrust and this location have no issues shorting you, but god forbid you overdraft once! Also Angie needs to work on her Passive Aggressive Masters degree, you can tell this job is taking a toll on her!

I came in to make a payment on my auto loan. I was helped by "Elix." When I didnt have my account number she scoffed and expected me to state my ssn aloud (with a line of stangers behind me.) In general she just an attitude with me the whole time. I'll never do business here again.
