Brian has so much experience with surfing, and it shows when you immediately first meet him. He has such passion for surfing and teaching, with the way he instructs, and empowers you to face the waves. A wonderful experience that we throughly enjoyed! He was amazing with our 4 y\o, 14 y/o, and my husband. When someone loves what they do, they go above and beyond to give you the best experience. No doubt, you will experience that with Brian!

We were in Puerto Rico to celebrate my 50th birthday. I called to make reservations for my kids to take surfing lessons, and after speaking with Brian I decided I would try it too. I am so thankful I did! Brian is so encouraging and passionate about surfing. It was a great experience! I would highly recommend Surfing Puerto Rico for all ages!

Best surfing lesson ever, one week ago today! Brian, April, and Mari are professionals and great at what they do. This was my third surfing lesson ever after ones a few years ago in Hawaii and Santa Cruz, CA, and hands-down the best. Hardly got to get up on the board at all on those past lessons, whereas Brian had us up from the get go and each of us multiple turns up on our boards during the three hour lesson. Not only did this 55-year-old guy get up and ride the waves a bunch of times, but so did my teenage son, and even my wife, who is afraid of water! First time for both of them, no problems. Brian and Mari helped her get out into the waves and get up on the board walking with her and talking her through her fears each step of the way. We hope Brian, his family, and friends get through hurricane Dorian OK and we hope to be back to join them for more fun again in the future. Saludos de California!

An absolutely amazing experience. Brian and his family are wonderful people and great teachers. My wife and I brought our 4 year old daughter and she had things to do as well. He adjusted to meet our specific needs and helped us learn to surf. He challenged us to push past our idea of what was possible and helped us surf many waves. I absolutely will be back and I can't wait to see how Brian grows his work in Puerto Rico. Five stars isn't enough. You leave the lesson feeling energized and empowered to surf, connect with the ocean, and have a great time!

Fantastic Surf Experience!! Brian is a amazing instructor, super experienced. He is patient and encourages you to keep trying with great advice and pointers. La pared beach is a beautiful beach too so I highly recommend this experience!! Thanks Brian and April, I will be back soon!

My wife and had an absolute blast with Brian, his family, and the whole Surfing Puerto Rico crew. If you are in PR and have ever thought about learning to surf Surfing Puerto Rico should be your first and only reservation. If you're in PR and you've never even thought about learning to surf, call em up anyway and get your butt over to La Pared for an excellent 2 hours of fun, sun, waves, and excitement. Brian is a very unique individual with a great head on his shoulders and an even bigger heart, and the dude is a national champion surfer so he knows what hes talking about. Listen to Brian an he will guide you to success, and before you know it you'll be gliding across the top of the ocean in style. Brian aside, his family and the rest of Surfing Puerto Rico's staff are all top notch. Always there to lookout for you and your safety, help you physically, mentally, and any other way they can. They are constantly cheering you on and helping you get the absolute most out of your experience. They offer fresh, cold, water and snacks when the waves have zapped your energy and you need to take 5 before you get back out and crush some more waves. Absolutely could not have asked for a better experience. Reccomend 10,000% to anyone in the vicinity. My wife and I were on the west coast of PR the morning of our lesson, we drove just over 3 hours to get there and now that I've had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with this crew I would drive to the west coast and back again for another lesson. Call em up, 100% guarantee you won't be disappointed. Oh, and when you do call, make sure you are talking to Brian and his crew in Luquillo, and not some imitator, cause no one could imitate this experience!

We took our two boys age 16 & 12 to Surfing Puerto Rico and CAN NOT express how impressed we were with our experience. Brian, his wife and staff were TREMENDOUS!!. Not knowing the area, we were wanting a little more information before we booked a reservation online. Just from the initial phone call when talking with Brian I knew this was a top rate, customer first business. Friendly, courteous, personable, knowledgeable, inspirational, strong positive attitude with encouragement are just a few words I could use to describe this small business. I can't thank them enough for provided a very memorable experience for some Kansas land locked kids that they may never get to experience again.

Amazing!!! From beginning to end, this was an amazing experience all around. Brian is an incredible instructor and no doubt one of the most interesting people I've met. His passion for surfing and care for the group got everyone stoked and rocking shakas while surfing in no time!!! From complete beginner to a little experienced, he really reads everyone well individually to see where to challenge everyone. April was great in getting everyone checked in and situated and offered us water when we needed a break. Their two kids are adorable too!
