Best surfing lesson ever, one week ago today! Brian, April, and Mari are professionals and great at what they do. This was my third surfing lesson ever after ones a few years ago in Hawaii and Santa Cruz, CA, and hands-down the best. Hardly got to get up on the board at all on those past lessons, whereas Brian had us up from the get go and each of us multiple turns up on our boards during the three hour lesson. Not only did this 55-year-old guy get up and ride the waves a bunch of times, but so did my teenage son, and even my wife, who is afraid of water! First time for both of them, no problems. Brian and Mari helped her get out into the waves and get up on the board walking with her and talking her through her fears each step of the way. We hope Brian, his family, and friends get through hurricane Dorian OK and we hope to be back to join them for more fun again in the future. Saludos de California!
